The Boathouse boasts a small dining area, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and main living area, which also doubles as the bedroom. The property has 1 double bed (a wall bed located in the main living area, which folds away when not in use) and 2 small beds located in the Crow's Nest, in the eaves of the property.

When you're not out enjoying the Cornish countryside, you can spend time in the large, spacious garden. It's the perfect place to let the kids burn off some steam or enjoy a BBQ in the evening sunshine.

Enjoy a relaxing drink or spot of al fresco dining on the boathouse balcony (with seating for 4 people) which looks out over the garden below and boasts lovely countryside views.
Explore West Cornwall
Although not near water, the boathouse is only a short drive from the coast and 5 miles from the ancient market town of Helston, home to the region’s biggest air show during the summer and also a theme park for younger guests.
The property is also 15 minutes from Falmouth (with its university campus), while the picturesque city of Truro, with its cathedral, shops and cafes is around 25 minutes away. Some of Cornwall’s finest beaches are within easy reach, including at nearby Porthleven (15 minutes away) and Praa Sands (20-25 minutes away).
